1. Description of Service

 

A2Z Picks is an information and sports consulting service. We provide sports analysis, news, and data-driven sports predictions (the “Picks”) for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A2Z Picks is NOT a Sportsbook or Gambling Operator. We do not accept, place, or handle any wagers. Our service is not a gambling service.
• The Service is for Information Only. All content provided, including our Picks, is our proprietary opinion and analysis.
• No Financial Advice. The information provided by our Service does not constitute financial or betting advice.

2. User Eligibility

 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to subscribe to our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

 

A. Subscriptions: Our premium Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate.

B. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Winible. You will be required to provide your payment details to Winible, and you will be subject to Winible’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or process your credit card information.

C. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To cancel, you must manage your subscription directly through your Winible account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

D. NO REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees. Due to the immediate, digital, and proprietary nature of our information (the “Picks”), the Service is considered “consumed” upon delivery. You will not receive a refund for any partial subscription period, even if you cancel early.

4. Service Delivery

 

Our paid “Picks” are delivered to active subscribers via our private Telegram server. Members may also opt-in to receive alerts via Telegram, SMS, or email.

You are responsible for having a valid Telegram account and joining our server to access the Services. We are not responsible if you fail to receive Picks due to an incorrect username, full inbox, or failure to join our community channels.

5. Prohibited Conduct & User Responsibilities

 

This is the most important section of our Terms. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You explicitly MAY NOT do any of the following:

• Redistribute, Share, or Resell Our Picks: You may not share, post, copy, sell, or otherwise redistribute our paid Picks to any other person, group, website, or social media channel (in a separate Telegram, on Twitter, etc.).
• Group Buys: You may not pool funds with other individuals to share a single subscription.
• Harass Members: You may not harass, threaten, or abuse other members within our Telegram community.
• Use for Illegal Activity: You may not use our Site or information to engage in any illegal wagering or other illicit activity.

Violation of this section, especially the redistribution of our intellectual property (the Picks), will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to our Services, with no refund. We reserve the right to pursue further legal action for damages.

6. Acknowledgment of Risk & Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Sports betting is an inherently risky activity. You acknowledge that our Service provides information, not a guaranteed outcome.

• No Guarantees of Winning: We do not guarantee that you will win money. Our past performance, verified results, and winning bet slips are not an indication or guarantee of future results.
• You Are Responsible for Your Own Decisions: All betting decisions you make are your own. You are solely responsible for any and all financial losses you may incur. You should only wager what you can afford to lose.
• “AS-IS” Service: The Site and Services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall A2Z Picks, its owners, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, financial losses or damages from loss of data) arising out of the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site, including our logo, branding, website design, text, analysis, and the “Picks” themselves, are the exclusive intellectual property of A2Z Picks and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our Site contains links to third-party websites (Winible, Twitter, sportscappersleaderboard.com, Linktree Etc). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms (especially Section 5).
